Yes, we can use Page Breaks or Section Breaks to break continuous text to one or more sentences.

Steps to add breaks in a page are as follows:-

Open MS Word.

Click on Page Layout tab which is next to the Insert tab.

In this tab, go to Page Setup group and click on Breaks option.

A drop down menu will appear showing 2 main options i.e. Page Breaks and Section Breaks.

You can add any of the break which you want to add to your text.
