ACCORDING TO ME YES A BLIND CAN SEE A DREAM.THEY HAVE THEIR OWN BEAUTIFUL WORLD WHICH WE CAN'T IMAGINE OFF.

BEING BLIND IS NOT A CURSE OR ANYTHING BUT ITS A POWER WHICH SAYS ONE THAT U ARE LIVING IN MOST BEAUTIFUL WORLD.

A person who is born blind is less likely to see dreams as he has no understanding of how to see the world but people who lose their sight later in life can dream visually .
