Respiration is the process of breakdown of glucose in the cell by different respiratory enzymes.
Yes it's possible at 65° C because there respiratory enzyme which are stable at that temperature in some different Micro-organisms. Since the enzymes are stable at such temperature ,it helps few microorganism to survive even at High temperature.
Sometimes enzymes are less stable but , the plasma membrane is sheilding it From high temperature . Thus organism( microorganism) can survive at that temperature.
