No, the cell respiration is virtually impossible in any organism at a temperature of about 65 degree Celcius.

The enzymes get more active as the temperature increases, but till it reaches 45 degree.

Above this some enzymes denature and their activity competely drops off.

But most of the enzymes are denatured at 65 degrees.
