Can censure motion be adopted in rajya sabha

the motion must clearly specify the chargesagainst the govt. Censure motion is specific and self explainatory stating the reasons for its adoption.
It can be moved only in lok sabha but not in rajya sabha...
hope it will help uhh. Rajya sabha not permitted to use adjournment motion.
