can chlorine gas be stored in copper cylinder ? given electrode potential for(Cu2+/Cu)= 0.34V and electode potential for (Cl2/Cl-)=1.36V

No, chlorine gas can't be stored in copper vessel since it will reduce Chlorine gas to Copper chloride.
