CO2 is always in gaseous state at room temperature . And it is possible to obtain liquid CO2 for that its very complex process.
One has to maintain a pressure of above 60 psi and if the temperature of CO2 is above 87.9 degree Fahrenheit.
And CO2 is not present in liquid state naturally, it requires special conditions for that .
