No, copper  sulphate is an insoluble salt so it cannot react with copper sulphate

if you want this reaction to happen it should be converted into a soluble salt
 you can do this by
CuCo₃+₂HNO₃(dilute)→Cu(NO₃)₂+H₂O+CO₂
