can current be supplied without potential difference in any case?​

Answer:No it is impossible to supply current without p.d .If there is no p.d then there is no flow of currrent . We can see this from the relation   :      

                                                 V=IR

Here if (V=0) then then there is no flow of the current despite of being resistance.
