Can democracy work in UAE? Similarly can dictatorship or monarchy work in India? Give your opinion .

I think democracy can work in UAE if it's implemented but I don't think that dictatorship can work in India especially now that Indians has already enjoyed their freedom why would they want to undergo a dictatorship that limits their freedom knowing how much it feels good to be free.
