Yes, conservation and development can go hand in hand. In fact that is what happens in sustainable use of resources. This means to use resources but keeping in mind of future generations. ... Development of resources, when done by thinking of future generations will give the best results.

Answer.

No, development and conservation cannot go hand in hand because if we are going to develop our towns and cities then we have to cut the trees and plants. so I want to conclude that conservation and development cannot go hand in hand but by following the given things listed below we can make development and the environment go hand in hand:-

  • Forest resources should be used in an environmentally friendly and developmentally sound manner.
  • Instead of using non-renewable natural resources, renewable natural resources should be preferred.
  • Wastewater generated by industries should be recycled.
  • We should use natural resources cautiously so that economic growth and ecological conservation go hand in hand.
  • use less electricity by ensuring that the lights and appliances are turned off when not in use.
  • use LED and CFL bulbs instead of incandescent bulbs and utilize renewable energy sources as much as possible. such as solar heaters, solar cookers, and other solar appliances
  • that practice rainwater harvesting at home. encourage the use of drip irrigation.
  • use fuels like CNG in vehicles, instead of petrol and diesel and promote electric vehicles use age
  • use bio-gas and bio-fuels at home and most importantly we are not doing this not only for our sake but for our future generations too.
