Why would they need to make a comeback? They never left. It is a well known theory that birds are dinosaurs. They are classified as such.
The dromeasaurids ( Velociraptor, Deinonycus, etc...) Evolved into dino- birds such as archeopterex. (Forgive My spelling) Later on you get microraptor, icthyornis, and actual birds. Pretty soon you get to the KT extinction, which they survived, and became the birds we know today.

But assuming your talking about non-avian dinosaurs, I say no. Assuming we manage to bring some back, they would be extremely vulnerable. They would have to stay in captivity or isolation becaus if we let them free, they could potentially cause serious ecological disasters. But lets say that they get put on an island, Jurrasic Park style. They would not have adapted to the enviornment and would run the risk of death. Even if they prosper on said island, I wouldn't put my money on them making a comeback beyond critically endangered, unless we give them some serious care, or risk our own environmental balance to their preservation
