yes, displacement can be zero even if distance is non zero or if distance is present.it is possible in various situations like when a body travels in a circular path so it has covered a certain distance about all the path covered when it returns to its initial position where is started so the displacement becomes zero and at that point the distance will be positive and here it can be also explained as displacement can be zero as because displacement is a vector quantity and it depends upon both distance and magnitude both but whereas distance is scalar quantity and it depends just on magnitude so if we travel a particular distance irrespective of that direction we have travelled certain distance but if we consider the direction it may be zero or negative or may be positive depends upon the situation on which you are taking the the talk.yes displacement can be zero even if distance is not zero if you like the answers please consider hitting the brainliest button
