Yes it is possible
Because displacement is needed direction so in circular path displacement is zero but distance doesn't need direction so in circular path distance is not be zero.. Even displacement is zero

Yes, of cource...
Displacement may be 0, unless Distance will be something..
Just suppose, A person starts walking from point "A" and went to point B, again he comes to pint A. Then distance will be something, but displacement will be 0 coz there is not any shortedt distance left between final and Initial position. But distance will have some value.
