yes displacement can be 0.

displacement is the shortest distance between initial and final point.

take an example, you're at point A (initial point) and after completing a whole round and your final position is also on point A. then displacement would be 0.

in other words, if you end up at the same point from where you started, then displacement would be zero.

or you're traveling in a circular path. the distance covered will be = 2πr but if you end up at the same point from where you started, then displacement will be 0.
