Even in unicellular organisms division of labour is found where different functions are performed by different parts of the cell. Division of labour as we know is the division of work means the different organs of the organisms are assigned a specific function to perform.

yes, Division of labour can be seen in a single cell because in a cell there are many of its components which are specialized for their own funtions and helps in division of work.
