no because after we will apply gauss theorem then will find than Qin is zero ......so no electric field line

"the state ment that electric field lines cannot pass through a conductor,is simply wrong ........however,when there is a static equilibrium (no moving charges),it is true that the electric field inside a conductor must be zero."
