Can electrostatic potential at any point on the perpendicular bisector of a dipole be zero? Is the electric field also zero? If not, explain with suitable equations

yes,electric potential is zero at a particular point,it does not necessarily mean that the elcetric field is also zero at that point.It can be understood with the case of electric dipole.
