yes, overexploiting the marine life can cause harm for the hydrosphere i.e., the biodiversity will be harmed.....

shivams2212: the biodiversity depends on the condition of the marine animals if the population of the fishes will be more they can easily handle climate change,pollutants etc.... but due to the excessive fishing the population of the fishes will decrease and it would let to the harm of biodiversity.....
