no..........I can't be ............u have to do regular practice like not watching enough tv etc....

Well, that's practically impossible.

If you want your vision to improve over time,you'd have to wear specks.

Wearing lenses,would not help.

Another thing is your number.You need to see how much it is.

If it's something like 2-3,it would probably be like,forever.

If you want to improve your vision,you'd need an eye surgery.

That's like,when you're 18. Not allowed before that.

And, don't think that you're a superhuman. The number won't change in a day. It may take days,months,years,depending on how are you affecting your eyes.
