YES IT CAN BE POSSIBLE IN FUTURE

Yes! Because of the new technological innovations observed by quite a few car companies who are supporting this idea like the most common (in India) company, Hyundai, who have started manufacturing SUVs which use hydrogen based fuel system. This obviously was thought to save fuel and things like that but the road block is its kind of difficult to use 'Hydrogen' as a large scale fuel element, as the technology in our time doesn't favour the needs to do so. So its like a Yes and a small No kind of situation; Yes as for the idea has great potential and as time goes by, technology will also develope and this idea will surely change the automotive industry. And there is a small No, because for now its a struggle and if manufacturers give up the idea, than nothing much can be done about it. But this is highly unlikely. So According to me Hydrogen has the potential to be a good fuel in the future.
