can i apply for 59% criteria for MNC COMPANIES but they asked atleast 60% ​

No you can not apply, that the basic criteria for MNC. i would suggest start from the startup company where you will get more exposure to technologies and you learn more. Once you have enough experience and knowledge marks are irrelevant.
