There is no fixed cutoff of NTA ranking for the BTech programme. In 2019, admission offers were made up to NTA ranking 1,187 for CSE and 2,845 for ECE. IIIT Hyderabad cutoff 2020 will depend on the actual number of applications received. The third cutoff list, if any, will be announced soon.
