However, EAMCET is the Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test for admission into the respective courses.

You can apply for both the exams and write both the exams which many or most of the candidates will be doing.

If you are not able to succeed in the JEE, you may be successful in the EAMCET exam as the EAMCET exam is not that tough compared to JEE main.
