yes why not. if you are preparing for a competitive exam then you need to sacrifice a lot but remember you have to study consistently yes dude consistency is the key to crack all type of competitive exam. if someone ask me what is the one thing required to crack competitive exam like jee. then I will definitely say "DECIPLINE" YES u heard it many times but think about is are you really in DECIPLINE are you consistent? ask this question to yourself you have to worry very hard its not easy to crack JEE exam where you have to compete with million of student but don't be panic you can do it. remember it's never too late to start never lose confident. never give up. (: during your preparation many up and downs will come but don't be afraid be a fighter fight till end.
