There is no way you can remove your glasses without surgery. Myopia is due to longer eyeball than normal. Its not possible to shorten eyeball even with surgery but its possible to reshape a healthy cornea to compensate for long eyeball to focus properly on retina to see clearly. Surgery does exact same thing. Reshape cornea to correct focusing problem due to myopia.
There is no eye exercise, no other method apart from refractive surgery, LASIK or ICL can cure myopia. If anyone is claiming to ‘reverse' myopia by ‘natural’ way then he is fooling you and is after your money. Don't ever fall in their trap.
Glasses are the safest but if you want glasses and contact lens free life then there are two options. LASIK / PRK and ICL / RLE surgery.
Wear glasses if you want to be safe . Do surgery if you can take small risk with your eye. No natural treatment is available and will never ever be.
