Of course you can do computer engineering without chemistry... and FYI there is no link between computer engineering and chemistry at all (it has but if you wanna omit then you can).

Hey there!
Yes, you can do computer engineering without chemistry. But i think, it is required in the first semester of this course. Every engineering field requires some basics of science. Computer engineering has some requirements of basic understanding of physical chemistry and also electrical engineering.
You don't need to take any actual classes for chemistry, in computer engineering you just need some understanding of its basic of physical chemistry.
