Well yes u can earn money using the internet.......if u r referring to legal money, you can make ur own website that u can set up for a blog, recipies, or selling home made merchandise etc.
although dark web does provide a lot of money, but its not recommended if you want to have ur own 'authorised' business..........if u can afford to live with black money, (which is not advisable) ur life will be at risk

Dark web is never safe to earn money it can only make one to lose every thing
