i am giving you some experments,try them at your school lab with teacher's consultancy. 
(1)ammonium dichromate looks pretty cool when you burn it.
(2)copper and nitric acid-amazing colour!!
(3)nitrous oxide and carbon di sulphide(the famous barking dog experiment)
