you are the only person that stays with you your entire life so you are the one who competes with yourself, the people who are stuck in thier yesterday can never move ahead as yesterday symbolises past and one should come over their past to move ahead in the future.With time a person becomes wise, learnes lessons from the past experiences and has better perspectives so remember that you are far more better person today than yesterday and that will always be a competition.
