Semyon Ivanov was a track walker who got the job of showing signals at a
railroad station.
His life was going on peacefully in this new place with his family and a
small group of friends.
There is a sudden twist in the story when one of his friends Vasily
Stepanych loosened the rail track with a crow bar.
Semyon shows courage by rushing towards the station in time. He carries out
the signal flag and saves the lives of several passengers.
