Let the third side be (2x-3) cm

Btp,

2x+2x-7+2x-3=80
=> 6x=80+10
=> 6x=90
=> x=15

Then, the second side will be 30cm
The first side will be 23cm
The third side will be 27cm

p = a + b +c 
=  2* x - 7 + x + 2* x - 7 + 4
