1. Don't use the short forms of words as don't, wouldn't, shouldn't.
2. As we are speaking to someone at a higher rank, we should write like, ' would not, should not, etc
3. Always write the topic on which you are writing letter, before starting it.
4. Always be kind with them like, " I hope you will oblige". And, " Kindly look into the matter sir".
5. At the end write, " yours obediently, and then your name.
