2 is to be multiplied with the quotient because in the dividend there is 2 multiplied.
dividend = 2x^4 -3x^3 -3x² +6x -2
divisor= x²-2

Choose the quotient such that it is possible to divide the dividend.

Take first term in both divisors and dividend

one is x² & other is 2x^4
x²× q=> 2x^4
=>q= 2x²
