if you will make the proper diagram you will observe that the end point of the radius of bigger circle crosses the centre of the smaller circle. and it leads to the failure of the Pythagoras theorem the triangle we get by joining this is not perpendicular but still it has sides of 3, 4 and 5 cm . then you will find that the question is wrong.

you can make another diagram that the radius of bigger circle does not cross the the centre of smaller circle and you can follow the procedure of a kite.
