Answer:

Yes, NCERT is the key to score more than 90percent. The advantage of using a reference book is that it helps us to understand the concepts easier and faster. But at the end of the day when you will sit for your exams, most of the invigilators expect us to write NCERT book answers.

For English…your textbook is enough. Practice grammar and writing once or twice in a week.

For hindi…your textbook again. Do grammar and writing regularly. I was pretty bad at this subject so I practiced more of it during the last month. I also used Arihant’s All In One.

For Maths…Do your NCERT thoroughly. You need to know the method of each and every question. Optional exercises are highly recommended. After, you are finished with your chapter from NCERT, go for RD or RS and try doing those questions which have had appeared more frequently in the previous years.

For SST…NCERT for all the subjects is sufficient. Make notes.

For science…NCERT is your Bible. Do it very very precisely. You should be familiar with each and every line. The optional books which I used were S. CHAND FOR CHEMISTRY AND PRADEEP FOR PHYSICS. I had no reference book for bio as my teacher made us write notes.

During the last months, practice as many sample papers as possible.

In the end always Remember - Revision itself can take you to 90 score.

Anyways wish you all the best.
