Don't worry about it
You can use gel pen but most of the teachers says that you should use only ball point pen not gel.
Even in my school they said the same so the used only ball pen

no not use that because if some liquid or water like substance pour out in your answer sheet then your answer will be removed from the sheet or it will spoil.
