You can give Improvement from any region. Improvement form is fully online since previous year so, you can fill your form by yourself, no need of school. At the most only one stamp of any school will be required for verification. And cbse will allot you center nearby your address.

no other city will not give improvement exam
But in last year some students had given from another city
but in my city students had given from our city means harayana
