India has already hosted many games of international standards. India has now world class stadia for many games and sports. If planned in advance like 4 years, and then implemented on schedule, India could prepare all needed sports facilities and training facilities for hosting the games.
If not so well doing country like Brazil can host the games , India can very well too host the games without a doubt.
