an Indian who sings English songs and aspires to be a Hollywood singer ,then why not? I mean it is not impossible for an indian to do so.

Ps- I think by Hollywood singer you mean someone who sings English songs and is recognized by people, if that's the case then Priyanka Chopra and Monica Dogra are appropriate examples for Indians who sing English songs among many other people who do.
