Can infinitely recurring decimals considered as irrational numbers? Why or why not? I want to know but it is not given online or in my mathematics text book.​

Recurring decimals are infinite only but they can be expressed in the form of p/q.

you might have solved problems with bar over it.So, recurring decimals are always rational.

No, infinity reoccurring decimal can't be consider as irrational number only.

The repeating decimal expansion is considered to be as a rational number.

Whereas the non repeating decimal expansion of any fraction is considered as an irrational number .
