yes it can be cured
By:-
##Strict to a regular sleep schedule
##exercise for 30 minutes per day
##get the exposed to natural sunlight during the day
##take a warm bath or shower bath before going to bed
##establish a regular relaxing bedtime routinely
By following the above steps you can be cured by insomnia
