Can it seem's that it is good if it is compared to an ill person.So that it is not good for ill person he / she cannot gain it's salary

It depends on the type of his/her illness , otherwise some people doing jobs may take bad advantage of illness ( i.e. fake illness ) and will wish to get only salary without working most of the days.
