yes lead oxide can be reduced by h2 as  when metal oxide reacts with hydrogen …the hydrogen gas reduces the metal oxide sperating the oxygen from the metal and forming water as a by product

yes when lead oxide reacts with hydrogen lead hydride is formed along with oxygen as a gas
