Definitely not. There are 3 states of water that life on earth depends on. They are ice, liquid water, and vapor. Without ice animals at the poles of the earth wouldn't be able to thrive. All living things need water. Without water, we'd all die. Without water vapor, clouds wouldn't form leading to scarcity of water.
