The only problem of interplanetary habitation is because of environment of other planets. This environment includes amount of water available, amount of heat radiation, type of soil, etc. If we alter these conditions, we are good to go!!
The only problem is that our present technology is not capable of adjusting environment of a whole planet. Scientists and Engineers are working on that and let's hope we soon are capable to live on other planets
