Heya!Dear ur answer☜☆☞⌐╦╦═─
If a purified sample shows the same properties that the pure substance is known to possess, it may be considered as pure and no further purification is required. However for practical purpose in laboratory only melting point and boiling point are used.
Hope it helps⌐╦╦═─☜☆☞

A substance (solid) containing soluble impurities usually melts at a lower temperature than the pure compound. It can also melt over a wide range of temperatures and is called the “melting point depression.” In general, the smaller the range of melting temperatures, the higher the purity of the sample.

Hope this will help you!!!
