No..... During pregnancy,the endometrium is well maintained due to high concentration of progesterone in blood, secreted from corpus luteum during initial stages and by placenta in late stages. Thus the endometrium is not shed... Thus there is no menstruation.

High progesterone in blood suppresses the hypothalamus and pituitary, thus LH and FSH are not secreted....Thus there won't be follicle development and ovulation.
