can microorganismbe seen with the naked eye ?if not , how can they be seen​

Microorganisms are very small in size. They are so small that they cannot be seen with naked eyes. A microscope has to be used to see these organisms.

The word micro — means something that's too small as in minutest. Microorganisms referred to the smallest of all living organisms. Microorganisms are categorised as follows;

Fungi

Bacteria

Algae

Virus

Some of the species of fungi can be seen without use of microscope e.g mushrooms.

However, colonies of bacteria, plaque of virus are visible on growth plate-with the use of appropriate medium say agar (it has many varieties depending on the organism you want to grow)

Moreover, microorganisms cannot be seeing with naked eye. I mean their cells. They are only visible under microscope, either light or electron microscope in the case of virus.
