yes,multiple echos can be produced by a single sound in the case of reverberation for example:when a speaker speaks in an auditorium with a curved ceiling the sound gets reflected at multiple distances (curved ceiling) so the sound heard by the audience would be at different time intervals and multiple echos can be heard .
